The Role:
Our site in Billerica, MA is seeking a Manufacturing Engineering Co-Op to join our team for the Spring 2027 season. This assignment is intended to be 6 months in duration.
The purpose of this co-op role is to support the process engineers in the back-end portion of the Billerica filter manufacturing line through the collection and analysis of data that results in improved first pass yield or reduced process variation.

What you'd do
- Collect and summarize data to support or reject a proposal for a process change.
- Review procedures for accuracy.
- Evaluate the safety and efficacy of processes.
- Conduct operator tasks to become familiar with the steps & controls associated with a process
- Ability to communicate project status and provide updates or barriers to completion.
- Confident in communication skills related to reaching out to operators, technicians, and engineers for input or assistance.
- Initiative to seek additional tasks or see tasks that require attention.
- Critical thinking to evaluate situations/information based on evidence and objective data
- Must be a currently enrolled student
- Available to work 40 hours a week, M-F (8a-5p) beginning in January through June
