As a Custody Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate processing and reconciliation of income-related financial transactions. You will investigate discrepancies, resolve exceptions, and partner with a variety of internal teams to maintain the integrity of client accounts and operational processes.
What you'd do
- Reconcile and balance income transactions associated with federal income and physical securities.
- Process and apply income payments received through ACH and wire transactions.
- Research and resolve cash and asset exceptions.
- Review transaction activity, identify discrepancies, and take appropriate corrective action.
- Respond to inquiries from internal and external business partners, including account administrators, brokers, and trade representatives.
- Collaborate with teams across Corporate Actions, Asset File, Trade Services, and other operational areas.
- Manage and respond to requests received through shared team mailboxes.
- Communicate issues, findings, and resolutions clearly and professionally.
- Prioritize work effectively while meeting established service level commitments.
