Internship – Baird Trust Equity Research Analyst (Summer 2027)

Baird Trust’s Investment Management team currently manages over $24 billion in two long-only strategies: Large Cap Equity and Equity Income. The team’s two portfolio managers and one analyst pursue a long-term business owner investment approach with an average holding period of over 10 years for each investment. The team aims to own high-quality, competitively advantaged businesses that are run by talented and honest management teams and that trade at a compelling price. Interns will be expected to be an active participant in a variety of research projects and discussions throughout the summer. They will also have the opportunity to get an inside look into the job of an equity research analyst on Baird Trust’s two proprietary equity strategies.
