What you'd do
- Gain hands-on experience in the field of learning and development within a dynamic and supportive environment.
- Assist in the design, development, and implementation of various training programs and initiatives aimed at enhancing employee development including the team’s annual Global Learning event
- Contribute to on-going maintenance of the Global SharePoint site.
- Help with the evaluation and analysis of training programs to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Assist in the creation, review and delivery of training materials including presentations, learning catalogues, and e-learning modules.
- Provide administrative support, including maintaining training records and preparing reports.
- Support the coordination and logistics of training sessions, workshops and events.
- Conduct research on industry trends and best practices in learning and development.
- Collaborate with team members to research and develop innovative learning solutions that meet the needs of the organization.
- Currently enrolled as a full-time student at an accredited U.S. college or university.
