Manufacturing Engineering Co-Op - Spring 2027

The Role:

Our site in Aurora, IL is seeking a Manufacturing Engineering Co-Op to join our team for the Spring 2027 season. This assignment is intended to be 6 months in duration.

In this role, you will support the quality and documentation priorities of the Slurries business unit, working alongside our manufacturing engineers across the mixing, blending, and filling room processes. You will lead a systematic refresh of critical process documentation — SOPs, batch cards, response flow checklists, and work instructions — and support quality investigations using process and quality data.
