What you'd do
- Assist in configuring and maintaining network hardware and software.
- Support troubleshooting of network connectivity issues.
- Monitor network performance and report anomalies.
- Document network configurations and processes.
- Collaborate with the IT team on projects and daily operations.
- Demonstrate accountability by maintaining accurate documentation and following through on assigned network support tasks.
- Assume responsibility for other projects and duties as assigned by the Sr. Manager, Workplace Collaboration & End User Enablement or Company management.

What they want
- Current student (sophomore or junior status).
- Pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Passionate about your work, with a genuine desire to contribute meaningfully and make an impact.
- Demonstrated commitment to integrity and respect in interactions with others, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.

- Understanding of and adherence to applicable laws, codes, policies, regulations, and safety practices and procedures, as applicable.
