What you'd do
- Support the activation of Labcorp’s Employee Value Proposition across priority recruitment channels.
- Develop employee stories, testimonials, and reusable employer brand content.
- Review external trends and peer practices to identify opportunities to strengthen talent attraction and digital reach.
- Audit and update recruiter job aids, process documentation, screenshots, and SharePoint resources.
- Convert existing training recordings into concise, task-based learning content.
- Support Talent Acquisition data analysis, KPI reporting, and the identification of data gaps.
- Assist with mapping Talent Acquisition workflows and researching practical approaches to measuring quality of hire.
- Support administrative activity - Activation of contingent profiles in Fieldglass; Troubleshoot error logs: Manage WD Inbox: Oversee GTA Sharepoint site.
- Participate in Global Expansion Activities for Contingent Workforce- including but not limited to reporting, weekly calls, ad hoc requests.
- Prepare and present project outcomes, recommendations, and next steps to Talent Acquisition and HR leaders.

- Current enrollment in a bachelor’s or graduate degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Data Analytics, Organizational Development, Industrial-Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
- Must be able to participate in the full 11-week internship program from June 1, 2027 through August 13, 2027.
