What you'd do
- Support supply chain optimization for new and existing products through end-to-end ownership in a cross-functional setting.
- Assist in cross-functional team meetings and generate meeting minutes.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to determine root cause, develop mitigations and corrective and preventative actions for supply chain related issues.
- Evaluate products and processes to identify opportunities for quality improvement, productivity enhancement, and cost reduction.
- Exercise judgment, with guidance, within generally defined practices and policies in selecting methods and techniques for problem solving.
- Ensure project deliverables are compliant to applicable standards, regulations, and procedures.
- Align, inspire, and engage cross-functional team members in each project with a one team, one-win mindset.
- Support meetings with all involved cross-functional stakeholders to keep projects on schedule and prevent production issues.
