What you'd do
- Analyze data to answer business questions and uncover insights that support decision-making across Vanguard.
- Support the creation of dashboards, reports, and visualizations that help teams monitor performance and communicate results clearly.
- Partner with business and analytics teams to understand needs, translate requirements into an analytical approach, and deliver solutions that drive value.
- Work with structured and unstructured data, helping to validate data quality, identify trends, and support repeatable reporting processes
- Build foundational leadership skills by taking initiative, collaborating across teams, and contributing ideas that improve outcomes.
- Build relationships with program managers, alumni, senior leaders, and peers across the program.
- Receive coaching and mentorship from your department manager and program leaders to support your growth.
- In pursuit of a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Data & Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field
- Strong interest in using data to solve business problems and influence decisions.
- Demonstrated leadership skills and/or leadership aspirations.
