What you'd do
- Analyze Maximo work order data to identify recurring rework trends, backlog themes, and opportunities to reduce avoidable Quality review cycles.
- Observe and support QE review of maintenance, calibration, asset management, and Maximo-related records for completeness, clarity, and compliance defensibility.
- Support CQV activities by assisting with documentation review, protocol package organization, discrepancy tracking, execution readiness checks, and follow-up of assigned action items under QE guidance.
- Assist with CQV-related data gathering, equipment record reconciliation, and quality checks that support inspection readiness and lifecycle documentation accuracy.
- Track QE Maximo assignments, action items, improvement commitments, and recurring support needs to improve operational visibility.
- Create practical deliverables such as dashboards, trend summaries, process maps, job aids, trackers, or recommended countermeasures.
- Collaborate with QE, Facilities, Validation, Calibration/Maintenance, and other stakeholders to understand pain points and support sustainable improvements.
- Showcase your work with a final presentation (PPT) near the conclusion of your internship
- Must be at least 18 years of age at the start of the internship.
- Must be enrolled full‑time in a Bachelor’s, Master’s, MBA, JD or PhD program at a nationally accredited U.S. college or university, with continued full‑time enrollment required in the Fall semester following the internship.
