A Sourcing & Procurement Summer Intern will support the procurement team in delivering value to the enterprise through strategic sourcing, supplier management, spend analysis, process improvement, and stakeholder engagement activities. This role provides hands-on experience across the end-to-end procurement lifecycle and exposure to sourcing strategy, supplier negotiations, third-party risk management, procurement analytics, and contract management.

The intern will work closely with sourcing specialists, procurement analysts, category managers, and business stakeholders to support active projects while developing foundational procurement and business skills.

What you'd do

Assist sourcing professionals with strategic sourcing initiatives and supplier engagements.
Support preparation of RFIs, RFPs, supplier communications, and proposal evaluations.
Conduct market research on suppliers, industries, and emerging trends.
Gather and organize documentation required throughout the sourcing process.Spend Analytics & Data Insights
Analyze procurement and supplier spend data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
Develop reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate findings.
Support business case development and cost savings analyses.
Assist in maintaining procurement metrics and performance reporting.Supplier Management
Support supplier performance and relationship management activities.
Assist in collecting and analyzing supplier scorecard information.
