Employee Experience Coordinator

Serve as a visible and approachable culture ambassador, building relationships across the firm and creating opportunities for team members to feel connected, included, and valued throughout their day-to-day experience.

Continuously identify and implement creative ways to enhance the in-office experience, from celebrations and employee appreciation moments to workplace amenities, seasonal programming, and engagement activities.

Regularly gather employee feedback and observations to identify opportunities to improve workplace experiences, strengthen engagement, and elevate Belvedere's culture.

Manage ongoing Employee Experience programs, ensuring common areas, employee-facing resources, and workplace experiences reflect a welcoming, high-energy, and people-first environment.
