What you'd do
- Facilitate journey mapping sessions to understand how customers engage with Xcel Energy products and services through digital and non-digital channels.
- Support and manage clear project plans that guide and engage customers through purchase journeys for residential energy programs and rebates across our digital experiences
- Collaborate with technical teams to analyze energy data and understand the technical systems that enable our energy programs and rebates
- Assist with RFPs and other filings as needed
What they want
- Current student, Junior or higher
- Enrolled in an accredited college or university and pursuing a degree in Business, Environmental Science, Economics, Environmental Studies, Communications, Management, Business Administration, Legal and Regulatory Compliance, or related fields
- Able to work full-time during the summer (up to 40 hours a week)/ part time during the school year (up to 20 hours a week) and commuting to the designated work location in-person, per our hybrid work policy.
