What they want
- Must be enrolled full-time in an undergraduate degree program. Accepted majors: Electrical Engineering or equivalent from an accredited university
- Must be able to speak English fluently.
- Must be able to travel.
- Maintain a minimum 3.2 cumulative GPA (4.0 scale, without rounding and not just counting the major courses)
- With prior internships, co/op, or research experience in the industry.
- Have demonstrated leadership, an analytic approach to problem solving, have great communication skills, and a passion for power systems.
- Candidates that have interests in the following areas: power electronics, power systems, and controls.
- Since the internship will lead to further career development opportunities, it will be preferred that candidates will be required to be able to work in the US without sponsorship.
