As an Environmental Engineering Intern at Cleveland-Cliffs, you will take a hands-on approach to help promote environmental excellence within the organization by supporting company programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
What you'd do
- Assist with environmental data acquisition, management, and reporting processes supporting adherence to Clean Water Act, Clean Air Act and Resource Conservation & Recovery Act requirements
- Assist with special projects and environmental investigations supporting environmental compliance with applicable permits and rules
- Assist with other environmental programs such as energy efficiency, waste minimization, GHG emissions reduction, and ISO 14001 Environmental Management System
- Various other tasks as needed

- Enrollment in Bachelor of Science program in the field of Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Chemistry, Biology, or other related technical degree
