Persona AI is building humanoid robots for the most demanding environments in heavy industry — shipyards, steel mills, fabrication facilities, and offshore platforms — performing welding, grinding, maintenance, inspection, and material-handling work that is dangerous, physically demanding, and increasingly difficult to staff.

What they want
- Currently pursuing, or have obtained, a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Robotics, Mechatronics, or related field
- A passion for robotics, automation, or electromechanical systems
- Experience with electrical CAD software (ideally KiCAD), prototyping, and hands-on building (coursework, personal projects, student competitions, or hobby work)
- Experience with embedded software development (C, C++, Python, Git tools) and circuit simulation software (LTSpice)
- Strong work ethic and willingness to get hands-on with tools, equipment, and testing
- Collaborative mindset with excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Self-motivated with ability to ask good questions and take initiative
