What you'd do
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across Sales, Account Management, Operations, Customer Service, Finance, and other Health Systems and Government Services business teams.
- Lead or support a 10-week business-impacting project focused on business process improvement, customer solutions, operational effectiveness, sales enablement, or decision-support resources.
- Gather and analyze data, assess current processes, identify trends or gaps, and develop recommendations that support team and organizational objectives.
- Assist with customer, contract, sales, account management, and operational initiatives that help improve customer experience, business visibility, and team effectiveness.
- Prepare and present final project findings, recommendations, and business impact to stakeholders and leaders at the conclusion of the internship.
- Participate in professional development, networking, mentorship, onboarding activities, mid-summer evaluation, final evaluation, and conversion planning conversations.
