The Role:
Our site in Chaska, MN is seeking a Manufacturing Engineering Co-Op to join our team for the Spring 2027 season. This assignment is intended to be full time, 6 months in duration.

What you'd do
- As a Manufacturing Engineering Co-Op, you'll gain hands-on experience supporting manufacturing operations and continuous improvement initiatives in a fast-paced production environment. Key responsibilities include
- Participate in daily Tier meetings to monitor production performance, identify challenges, and support operational priorities.
- Create, update, and maintain manufacturing work instructions and process documentation.
- Analyze manufacturing processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce cycle times, and eliminate waste.
- Prepare and initiate Management of Change (MOC) documentation to support process improvements and operational changes.
- Present proposed process changes and improvement initiatives to cross-functional teams to gain stakeholder alignment and support.
- Collaborate with Manufacturing Engineers on projects related to process optimization, productivity improvements, quality enhancements, and manufacturing best practices.
- Collect and analyze production data to support decision-making and continuous improvement efforts.
- Work closely with operations, quality, maintenance, and engineering teams to solve manufacturing challenges.
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related discipline, with at least one year of completed coursework.
