What you'd do
- Assist with collecting, organizing, validating, and maintaining crisis management information from internal and external sources.
- Research and compile historical storm, outage, weather, restoration, and emergency response records for use in dashboards and situational awareness tools.
- Support the migration and organization of historical information into SharePoint, dashboards, and approved information repositories.
- Assist with maintaining and enhancing the Ameren Illinois Crisis Management Dashboard and Athena AI platform.
- Help develop and update reports, dashboards, resource libraries, and situational awareness products.
- Maintain SharePoint lists, document libraries, Microsoft 365 applications, and approved information management systems.
- Support the creation and maintenance of reference materials, standard operating procedures, workflows, and documentation.
- Assist with monitoring operational information and preparing materials used during Incident Management Team (IMT) activations and emergency events.
- Support after-action reviews, lessons learned initiatives, and continuous improvement projects.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across operations, emergency preparedness, business continuity, and communications functions.
