The Role:
Our site in San Luis Obispo, CA is seeking a Mechanical Engineering Co-Op to join our team for the Spring 2027 season. This assignment is intended to be a full-time 6 months in duration, beginning in January.
In this role, you will support the design, development, and testing of advanced gas purification systems.
What you'd do
- Solid modeling and drafting using SolidWorks
- BOM creation and engineering documentation using SAP
- Document design changes, test results, and engineering reports
- Contribute new and innovative solutions
- Build a peer network
- Mechanical Engineering major
- Familiarity with CAD tools (e.g. SolidWorks)
- Basic understanding of fluid mechanics and materials science
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
