What you'd do
- 12-week paid program beginning the end of May to mid-August to gain insight and knowledge in your field.
- Interactive orientation and events with skilled professionals in your field, including managers, directors, and CEO.

- Support engineering projects focused on process improvement, productivity enhancements, and operational excellence within a manufacturing facility.
- Review, verify, and update Process & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs) through field observations, collaboration with plant personnel, and AutoCAD revisions.
- Evaluate opportunities for productivity and cost-savings initiatives by analyzing operational data, KPIs, and project requirements, while assisting with project planning and execution.
- Review and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure documentation remains accurate, current, and aligned with site practices and safety requirements.
- Partner with Engineering, Production, EHS, and Site Leadership teams to provide project updates, support continuous improvement efforts, and contribute to achieving plant objectives.
What they want
- Currently Pursuing bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related Engineering field
- Minimum rising junior or senior in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related Engineering field
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple assignments in a team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; experience with AutoCAD or technical drawing software preferred.
