Summary of the Job:
Position Overview: Provide support to the Information Security and Technology Compliance team by conducting legal and regulatory research, reviewing and preparing governance-related documents, and completing other tasks as assigned. Research includes federal and state laws and regulations governing national and state banks, financial holding companies, and information security and technology compliance requirements. Document review and preparation includes security policies and standards, regulatory guidance summaries, risk assessment documentation, contract reviews, third party security reviews, and incident response.

- Knowledge of research platforms, Microsoft Office applications, and aptitude to quickly learn other applications as needed
- Strong legal research and analytical skills

- Interest in cybersecurity law, regulatory compliance, or information security and technology governance
