What you'd do
- Support manufacturing engineers with process documentation and work instruction review
- Assist with wire harness and cable assembly builds, including cutting, stripping, crimping, labeling, and lacing
- Participate in quality inspections
- Help analyze manufacturing issues such as defects, rework, and throughput constraints
- Assist with equipment qualification, tooling and fixture improvements, and test setups
- Support DFM/DFA feedback to engineering teams
- Collect and review production data for process improvement initiatives
- Hands-on experience in designing, building, and testing any type or hardware
- Experience working a laboratory or industrial environment
- Experience in CAD
