Join our dynamic People & Transformation team and contribute to work that directly shapes the employee experience and supports a wide range of impactful programs.
As a Summer Intern, you'll have the opportunity to align your interests and academic background with meaningful projects in our Transformation organization. Depending on your focus, you may engage in case management, analysis and reporting or end-to-end project management.
What you'd do
- Collaborate cross-functionally to solve business challenges
- Evaluate communications strategies and make recommendations on ways to improve
- End-to-end project management
- Financial tracking and reporting
- Open to all undergraduates and master’s candidates; emphasis in Organization Management, Human Resources, Project Management, Analytics, Legal Studies, Public Policy, Risk Management, Consulting or a related field
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications
- Experience with data visualization or reporting tools
- Ability to support projects by maintaining trackers and coordinating follow-up in a collaborative environment
- Ability to research unfamiliar topics, evaluate information from multiple sources, identify gaps or trends, and summarize findings
- Comfort working with data and artificial intelligence tools, including checking quality, preparing basic analyses, and developing reports.
