What you'd do
- Collaborate with leaders and teams on small-scale deliverables, build professional relationships, and gain exposure to cross-divisional work across Wellmark
- Inventory and categorize Health Services Clinical Quality and Training resources
- Evaluate current SharePoint navigation and document organization
- Identify opportunities to improve content discoverability through metadata, tagging, and standardized document structures
- Explore and document practical Copilot use cases for finding, summarizing, and navigating resources
- Develop quick-reference guides and recommendations to support employee adoption
