What you'd do
- Oversees and manages Onboarding and Change Activities for Clients. Escalates complex issues and requests to more senior staff as needed
- Contributes to the launch of TRP Products
- Partners closely with Stakeholder Teams to deliver solutions and strong results for clients
- Navigates a large and complex organization easily, forms good working relationships with business partners and leads Onboarding project calls with authority, providing excellent project management all times with concise & digestible output
- Works closely with Local and Global Team to ensure best practice within process is followed at all times
- Communicates on a regular basis with complex and challenging clients and their service providers to deliver high-quality services.
- Facilitates the communication of information to internal parties.
- Ensures resolution activities are in accordance with the local regulatory requirements
- Leads internal activities and initiatives designed to improve the client operations process and ensure a high-quality client experience. Helps develop process improvements

- Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and relevant experience AND
- 5+ years of total relevant work experience

About T. Rowe Price
The Client Implementation Management team is responsible for facilitating and leading the onboarding process for both new and existing clients across various investment vehicles, including Institutional Separate Accounts and Sub-Advised accounts. The team maintains a comprehensive understanding of each client mandate’s specific requirements and ensures that all key stakeholders are accountable for executing their respective responsibilities.
