The Fall Advanced Technology Internship program is a part-time opportunity that is seeking the very best and brightest highly technical STEM students. The goal is to develop a breakthrough solution in the fields of AI, Autonomous Systems, Edge or Simulation, performing creative and innovative internal R&D work of the highest caliber that can be leveraged to ultimately solve the most pressing, complex, and multidimensional problems that our clients both current and prospective may face. You’ll develop valuable technical skills as well as an understanding of professional business best practices. Throughout the program, interns will receive mentorship from senior leaders, solve problems using Booz Allen’s products and unique engagement models, and leverage the power of collaboration in a team environment.

What they want
- Experience with programming languages, including Python, Java, C, C++, JavaScript, Assembly, Perl, R, or Bash
- Experience in object-oriented programming
- Experience in AI/ML, autonomous systems, edge systems, modeling and simulation, or graphics immersion such as AR/VR
- Experience with conducting research and writing software
- Ability to produce technical documentation and create design artifacts
- Ability to display exceptional work ethic, drive, and motivation
- Ability to work independently and in teams
- Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
- Scheduled to obtain a Bachelor’s degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics field by Summer 2028
- Experience building Agentic AI systems leveraging Model Context Protocol (MCP) and Agent-to-Agent Protocols (A2A) in relevant frameworks such as AWS Bedrock AgentCore
