What you'd do
- Support the execution of field marketing programs and event strategies that drive pipeline and advance OpenGov's presence in key markets.
- Coordinate logistics for regional marketing events, including trade shows and conferences — managing vendors, timelines, and on-site setup to ensure smooth execution.
- Assist with planning and executing the annual customer conference, supporting promotion, registration, vendor coordination, on-site logistics, and post-event follow-up.
- Partner with go-to-market teams to understand target audiences and ensure event messaging aligns with campaign objectives and product positioning.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials, ensuring alignment with brand standards and campaign goals.
- Track event and campaign performance using marketing automation and CRM platforms, contributing to ROI reporting and post-event recaps.
- Coordinate with local industry associations, partners, and vendors to support event logistics and expand OpenGov's reach.
- Represent OpenGov professionally at events, and travel to event locations as needed to support on-site execution.
What they want
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- 1–2 years of experience in event coordination, field marketing, or a related role; recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Google Suite; familiarity with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Fluency with AI productivity tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT) in a marketing context.
- Ability to travel occasionally and work flexible hours to support event activities.
