What you'd do
- Conduct interviews with Red Hat partners, solution architects, and field sales teams to uncover the most pressing customer AI use cases
- Analyze and synthesize findings to identify patterns, opportunities, and gaps in AI adoption
- Map customer needs to Red Hat’s AI platform, open source technologies, and partner ecosystem capabilities
- Recommend possible partner engagement strategies and motions that complement existing GTM efforts
- Prepare and present a final report with recommendations to AI Ecosystem leadership
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in computer science, data science, business, or a related field (expected graduation date December 2027 or later)
- Strong analytical and research skills with the ability to synthesize qualitative and quantitative input
- Interest in AI/ML technologies and understanding of enterprise technology trends
- Excellent communication skills, especially in conducting interviews and presenting insights
- Self-starter mindset with curiosity, adaptability, and a collaborative approach
