- This role requires a curious and motivated intern to join our Consumer and Commercial Banking Technology team as a Technology Application Analyst.
- This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience supporting and enhancing banking applications that serve retail and business customers.
- You will work alongside experienced application analysts and system engineers to learn how technology drives operational efficiency, customer experience, and regulatory compliance in financial services.
- Assist in documenting application workflows, system functional requirements and system architecture for consumer and commercial banking platforms focusing on lending origination, CRM, incentive management, loan operation & credit risk system.
- Shadow season analysts during application testing, configuration, and deployment activities.
- Help monitor application performance and report issues to the support team.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions on technology improvements.
- Support data gathering and analysis for small-scale projects or enhancements.
