• You will have the opportunity to lead projects, learn new disciplines, grow a strong internal network with peers and senior management, and make an impact on the future, to patients, customers, the company, and the world.
• You will receive mentoring from Siemens Healthineers’ team of innovators, gain access to and network with senior decision-makers and key leaders, and learn what it is like to work as part of a company that is solving global challenges.
• Interns may participate in learning workshops and training courses, will develop an introductory understanding of the main process elements of Supply Chain, and develop a network within and outside of the Supply Chain organization.
• Each OLDP Intern will be assigned a Program Mentor and a site-specific Manager for the duration of the summer to assure development and progress.
• Weekly and daily check-ins are expected, as appropriate.
• Routine interaction with the OLDP Program Director is expected as well as networking events and one-on-ones with Operations senior management.
• Participants who complete the internship program will be considered for the full-time Operations Leadership Development Program (a two-year rotational assignment) and other entry-level opportunities.
• This Summer Internship program is on-site. A willingness to travel, and relocation flexibility, is expected.
