Job Summary
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Program Management Co-Op (Spring 2027) located in our Orangeburg, SC site.
Reporting to the Program Management Director, the student will support cross‑functional initiatives by assisting with planning, execution, and tracking of programs and projects.
What you'd do
- Assist program managers in planning, tracking, and executing ongoing initiatives
- Create and maintain project plans, timelines, action items, and risk logs
- Track program metrics, deliverables, and dependencies across multiple workstreams
- Prepare meeting agendas, take notes, and follow up on action items
- Support status reporting, dashboards, and presentations for leadership reviews
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (engineering, operations, finance, etc.)
- Identify process improvement opportunities and document best practices
- Perform ad hoc analysis and research to support program decisions
- Currently enrolled student pursuing an MBA degree or related MS degree
- Understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
