$17 per hourThe pay range for this position is listed above. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including location, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will include medical coverage as well as 401k retirement account access. Employees in this role may also be entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
What you'd do
- Assist in facilitating teamwork across analytics, engagement, supplier management, and project initiatives teams to ensure alignment and smooth communication
- Develop clear and comprehensive documentation of workflows, processes, and collaborative efforts to support operational efficiency
- Identify bottlenecks, misalignments, or areas of inefficiency within and between teams, and propose actionable solutions
- Leverage technology and fresh perspectives to recommend strategies for improving processes and fostering collaboration
- Gain exposure to diverse teams and operations to discover specific strengths and interests, contributing to both personal growth and organizational success
- Participate in meetings to observe, understand, and learn team functions, fostering collaboration across various sectors of the business to ensure alignment and shared goalsWhat You'll Need
- Undergraduate student at an accredited college or university pursuing a degree in Business, Business Administration, Business Technology, or a related field
- Current Junior with a 3.5 GPA or higher
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Enthusiasm for learning, adapting, and contributing to a dynamic team environment
