What you'd do
- You will learn how to design solutions that will drive the next generation of growth for the aviation industry.
- You will learn the aviation market and how communication systems are critical to airline operations.
- You will grow your professional skills by being trained on ACARS and ATN in which Air Traffic Control (ATC) and Aeronautical Operational Control (AOC) messages.
What they want
- Must be pursuing Bachelor’s or Advanced degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) actively enrolled through the completion of the internship/co-op session
- Must have a minimum of 60 hours of credit by the start of the internship / co-op session.
- Experience may be obtained through on-the-job experience, research, coursework, or projects.
- Knowledge of the commercial aviation industry.
- The ideal candidate will have experience using disciplined development processes in a team environment.
- Aerospace knowledge and experience.
- Proven communication and collaboration skills to work across internal and external customers (government and commercial).
- Prior RTX internship, co-op, or work experience.
