- Collaborate directly with cross-functional stakeholders to analyze business processes and construct tailored reports and automation solutions, thereby streamlining workflows and replacing manual tracking methods from BOS.
- Develop and maintain standardized operational reports to address recurring requirements across the organization.
- Support data management initiatives within BOS, enabling the Operations team to prioritize strategic ERP development.
