Job Description
The Role:
The Program Management Intern will support Program and Studio Management within GMNA Design through process documentation, continuous improvement, and coordination activities. This developmental role will help maintain and evolve the Program Management milestone checklist and related templates, forums, and reference materials that enable consistent execution across Program and Studio Management. Working with Program Managers, Assistant Program Managers, studio partners, and other stakeholders, the intern will document current-state workflows, identify improvement opportunities, and help develop practical, repeatable ways of working.
The Team:
Program and Studio Management, together with Cross Vehicle Program Management, helps GMNA Design teams coordinate work, align to vehicle program milestones, and execute consistently across studios.
