What you'd do
- A team-based approach to support capital project planning and execution — including cost tracking, schedule development, change management, and performance reporting — with a goal to improve project outcomes at the Baytown site.
- Continuous coaching & assistance — You'll work with passionate project control professionals and receive both training and feedback from your teammates and manager to help you apply your education to real-world project controls challenges on an active chemical production site.
- Complex and meaningful work that may include developing and maintaining project schedules, tracking budgets and forecasts, preparing cost and schedule performance reports, supporting change control processes, and assisting with project close-out activities.
