What you'd do
- Support strategic initiatives and business priorities across the Strategy & Growth organization
- Conduct research, analysis, and project work to support business growth, advisor engagement, and client activation efforts
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies
- Develop presentations, communications, and other materials for leadership discussions and decision-making
- Partner with cross-functional teams to support project execution and organizational initiatives
- Participate in professional development, networking, and learning opportunities throughout the internship experience
- Present insights, recommendations, and project outcomes to leaders at the conclusion of the program
What they want
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Communications, Marketing, Management, or a related field, with an anticipated graduation date between December 2027 and May 2028
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.3
- Demonstrated interest in strategy, business operations, client experience, project management, or financial services
- Strong academic performance and involvement in campus organizations, leadership activities, or prior internship experiences preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Offer is contingent upon successful completion of a background screening and the ability to work in a hybrid environment from our Fort Mill, SC, or San Diego, CA office, with an in-office presence of 2–3 days per week.
