What you'd do
- Distribution of sales and activity reporting at multiple levels sent out to management and sales teams on scheduled basis (daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly).
- Assist in running ad-hoc reports as requested by sales management and business teams.
- Assist in tracking and updating feedback through participation in active user groups to aid in defining, adopting, and enhancing the processes and functionality of the applications.
- Assist in the monitoring of user adoption and creation of usage metrics.
- Collaborate with internal teams to help with development and maintenance of training materials.
