Role Overview:

DV Trading is looking for a tech-savvy individual who is interested in learning about IT operations. In this role, you’ll assist our team in delivering excellent support to end-users.

What you'd do

Act as the first point of contact for IT support, logging and prioritizing user requests via phone, email, or in-person
Assist with troubleshooting hardware, managing desk setups, and handling application issues
Resolve basic technical problems or escalate them to senior staff as needed
Help maintain records of IT support activities and contribute to our knowledge base
Assist in IT asset management, including inventory tracking
Provide friendly and professional support to end-users
