Our Summer Internship Program (PLOT) offers an opportunity to gain meaningful experience in Finance while building the foundation for a successful career.
What you'd do
- Exposure to corporate finance, financial planning and analysis, and business decision support within a leading agribusiness organization
- Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and business analysis activities
- Opportunities to collaborate with finance professionals, business leaders, and cross-functional teams across the organization
- Development of analytical, financial modeling, problem-solving, and presentation skills
- Hands-on experience interpreting financial data, identifying trends, and providing actionable business insights
- Exposure to financial systems, reporting tools, and industry best practices
- Mentorship from experienced finance professionals and business leaders
- A deeper understanding of how financial performance impacts business strategy, operational decisions, and long-term growth
- Real-world experience contributing to projects that support financial excellence, business performance, and organizational success
What you get
- In compliance with all states and cities requiring transparency of pay, the base compensation for this position ranges from $17.00 to $24.00 per hour. Note that wages may vary based on location, skills, and experience.
