Sponsor, attend, and support hackathons using them as a primary sourcing and brand-building channel to identify strong engineers early and build Belvedere's reputation in the community

Own and continually sharpen our technical assessment process: partner with engineering leaders to build, run, and iterate on coding challenges and technical interviews that hold up as candidates' coursework and skill level advance

Evaluate technical skill as students’ progress through their coursework, with a specific eye toward identifying engineers who can genuinely elevate how we code and assessing real problem-solving and coding ability rather than output that leans heavily on AI-assisted tools
