What you'd do
- JJOS - Spearhead the implementation and advancement of Johnson & Johnson Operating System.
- Support Smart Changeover & OEE– Execute Deep Dives on Critical Constraints Assets in the network.
- IDEAS PROGRAM - Oversee Ideas Program and promote a mindset of innovation.
- Golden Batch – Support Re-Launch / Deployment, Governance Process, Workshops
- Problem‑solving mindset and data‑driven decision approach.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; effective cross‑functional collaborator.

What they want
- Completion of Undergraduate Freshman year at an accredited University is required.
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Business Analytics, or related field.
- Completed at least 3 years of undergraduate study (rising senior or equivalent).
- Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- Currently enrolled in an accredited Bachelor’s program and eligible for a one‑year Co‑Op assignment for the requested term.
- Availability to work full‑time on‑site at Gurabo for the full one‑year term.
- Strong analytical capability and comfort working with data; proficient in Excel (pivot tables, formulas).
- Familiarity with Lean and Six Sigma concepts; coursework or practical project experience preferred.
- Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)
- Exposure to process mapping, time studies, and basic statistical tools (Minitab or equivalent) advantageous.
