What you'd do

Designing, developing testing, debugging, and maintaining new and existing systems as a member of an agile delivery team.
Designing, developing, and supporting data pipelines, data products, AI/ML workflows, and data platforms that enable analytics, reporting, and AI solutions.
Partnering with business and technology teams to understand data needs, improve data quality, and help ensure data is governed and managed effectively.
Exploring and implementing AI and machine learning solutions while helping establish scalable, responsible, and secure engineering practices, including model deployment, evaluation, and monitoring.
Creating engaging customer experiences, while ensuring our customers’ data is safeguarded.
Collaborating with team members to peer review deliverables and maintain team quality/standards.
Contributing to the engineering and operations of solutions to protect Securian Financial’s applications, computer networks and systems.
Harnessing the power of AI-code assistants to enhance innovation and efficiency.
Engaging with users and vendors to execute technology proof of concepts that validate use cases and the value of new solutions.
Onboarding new platforms and tools to ensure solutions are adopted effectively across the organization.
