The Corporate Communications team leads enterprise, executive, employee, change, reputation, crisis and external communications for Protective. The Associate I, Corporate Communications primarily supports employee communications through content development, editorial coordination and channel execution.
What you'd do
- Draft, edit and publish content for intranet (Indigo), enterprise newsletters, digital signage, employee emails and other internal channels.
- Maintain the enterprise editorial calendar and coordinate content inputs, reviews, approvals and publication.
- Support enterprise announcements, employee campaigns, leadership communications and All Company Town Hall content.
- Partner with teams across the company to gather information and develop clear, audience-focused communications.
- Draft supporting materials such as key messages, FAQs, leader notes, Indigo articles and presentations.
- Track channel and content performance and support recurring communications reporting.
- Provide content and project support for executive, change, reputation, crisis and external communications as assigned.
- Contribute to team planning, cross-training and business continuity.
