Job Description
Ensign-Bickford Aerospace and Defense Company is seeking talented college students to join our 2027 summer internship program. Our 12-week internship program is designed to provide real-world and hands-on experience in areas that interest you! As an intern, you will collaborate with industry experts to solve real-world challenges and change the way we do business.
Internal Communications Interns will work to support all aspects of employee communications and engagement including, but no limited to:
What you'd do
- Drafting, editing, proofreading, and formatting employee-facing communications
- Assisting with internal events, employee features, photography, and storytelling opportunities
- Maintaining communication calendars, project trackers, timelines, content submissions, and approvals
- Helping ensure communications are clear, engaging, consistent, and aligned with EBAD branding
- Supporting communications across EBAD’s three sites and collaborating with HR and other teams on employee-facing initiatives
What they want
- Robust projects with positive business impact Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field. discipline.
- Strong writing, editing, organizational, and communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Experience with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Teams, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, photography, video, or other visual content tools is preferred
