What you'd do
- Support cost-benefit and financial analysis of demand-side management programs for NSP-M.
- Assist in preparing analytical support and documentation for regulatory filings, including South Dakota DSM filings.
- Maintain and enhance cost-effectiveness models, tools, and business processes.
- Analyze program performance and incentive data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Develop dashboards and reporting solutions that improve visibility into program and portfolio performance.
- Identify and recommend process improvements that enhance analytical efficiency and reporting accuracy.
- Present findings, insights, and recommendations to technical consultants and business leadership.

- Current student, Junior or higher
- Enrolled in an accredited college or university and pursuing a degree focused on Statistics, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics.
- Able to work full-time during the summer (up to 40 hours a week) and commuting to the designated work location in-person, per our hybrid work policy.
