Company Profile:
In the summer of 2021, Repsol expanded its renewables operations to the U.S. through the acquisition of a large U.S.-based PV solar and battery storage project developer. This transaction was Repsol's first foray into the U.S. renewables market.
What you'd do
- Assist with reviewing physical and financial settlement data associated with energy market transactions.
- Support the reconciliation of settlement and invoicing information for Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs).
- Help monitor power plant metering data and validate transactional information.
- Assist with preparing reports and analyses related to energy market performance and asset economics.
- Support monthly and quarterly business planning, forecasting, and performance tracking activities.
- Assist in analyzing variances between actual results and forecasted performance.
- Research and compile information on ERCOT market fundamentals, pricing trends, and market developments.
- Support portfolio monitoring activities by tracking position and exposure reports.
- Assist with Renewable Energy Certificate (REC) administration and tracking processes.
- Help maintain databases, reports, and operational records to support business decision-making.
