Base is seeking a highly organized and execution-focused Project Operations Associate Intern to support both the pre- and post-installation stages of our battery deployments. This role offers hands-on experience at the heart of our deployment pipeline — contributing to the day-to-day task execution that keeps projects moving from contract through to completion.
What you'd do
- 2+ years of experience in project coordination, operations, or a similar role, preferably within the solar, battery, construction, or utility sectors
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on clear and professional interactions with members and external stakeholders
- Experience scheduling and coordinating with external stakeholders (e.g., inspectors, utility representatives, AHJs)
- Proficiency in managing documentation and utilizing online portals
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to proactively address potential roadblocks
- Keen attention to detail with a track record of catching errors and ensuring accuracy in high-volume work
- Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines without losing speed or quality
