What you'd do
- Develop and test integrations using APIs, webhooks, and event-driven workflows.
- Build lightweight automations that reduce manual investigation and accelerate issue resolution.
- Analyze logs and system events to identify recurring issues, unusual patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
- Improve incident triage by connecting monitoring, ticketing, and communication workflows.
- Help improve user authentication, access management, and account lifecycle processes.
- Support subscription and billing workflows by investigating data discrepancies and integration issues.
- Build reports and dashboards that turn operational, subscription, and system data into actionable insights.
- Document integration behavior, troubleshooting procedures, and implemented solutions.
- Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Experience with at least one programming or scripting language, such as Python, JavaScript, or Bash.
